Extraction by Kite System
People, items, animals, water, etc. is on the ground. Fly a kite attached
to the items. Have an aircraft come by and snatch
the tethered people, items, animals, water, etc. and then take the
snatched entities to other locations. The entities could be winched into
the snatching aircraft or left dangling until destination is reached.
Kite balloons form one solution, but non-balloon kite systems could also
supply solution when there is wind enough.
