RATS on Paragliders

Q. Can RATs be placed on paragliders?

A: Yes.
Paragliding is the launching, flying, and landing of gliding kite systems.  So, there is nothing stopping one from placing ram-air turbines (RATs) on paragliders. The RAT may be place in the payload region, in the tether set region, or in the wing region; or in one paraglider, RATs might be placed in the several parts of a paraglider in one system.  The electricity generated at each RAT might serve onboard instruments or servos or be used to charge batteries that might be dropped during flight or used upon landing.  Small RATs or large RATs!

Reports on uses are invited.
