public parks with the running of wings held by those who would run with wings.
August, 2013. A 30-day flight suspension was given to a person; it is guessed
that wing running was involved, not sure. The matter may go before the

split has been made in world organizations: WHGA and WPGA where
the World ParaGliding Association will stay focused on non-framed
canopy-winged inhabited kite systems. The World Hang Gliding
Association will stay focused on framed hang gliders.
