North American test pilot E.P. Hetzel

The niche sport canopy paragliders do simply commercially
conveniently forget that they are using one of several types of paragliders.

[  ] Quote to be studied and clarified: ""In total, the Paresev made 341 flights in almost two and a half years. Seven pilots flew the vehicle. In addition to Thompson, Peters, Armstrong, and Grissom were Langley research pilot Bob Champine, FRC pilot from the Army Emil Kleuver, and the NAA pilot who was the only pilot to fly a Gemini-Rogallo configuration, Charles Hetzel.""  [ ] Verify "Charles" related to the "E.P" for Hetzel; why the difference in name?  One source writes: "Charles "E.P." Hetzel" in a list of the paraglider test pilots.

[ ] "The Paresev was designed by Charles Richard"

NASA site has a keyword set that shows Charles Hetzel.
