Icing of tethers and mitigations
  • M2593    "There is a very important problem for tethers, that may be not so noticeable in
your climate: tethers can be covered with ice by cold weather. But icing can happen
in any climate and place because certain altitudes are always cold enough for ice to form; as a result,
    tethers become much more heavy.
