Noting a flash:
Unbaked:
Trigger a full-body airbag (harness integrated),
but with a deflation system for use when wanted.
Or: Pilot-powered full-body airbag inflation with also deflation choice.

[ ] See BobK's "Safe-Spratt" share. :thumbup: (historical section in our forum)

===========================
Safe-splat devices were often used to protect a frontal propeller from touching the ground.
Also, some early "lake flying" had a frontal float to keep the pitch-in from occurring.
