Note Wanner and Bach did not know of fully-limp wing, apparently.  US2546078    Flexible kite.  Boom stiffening would deposit the Wanner and Bach; with eyes of Rogallo, the Rogallo wing lives within boom-stiffened wings.   It was synergistic Rogallo leadership that brought a four-boom bi-conical hang glider kite to the high front of media and use; the new understanding and trust of the fully limp Rogallo wing let boom-stiffened sailed wing be seen in a new light; that Rogallo carried that light to others at a time of need to face Sputnik-changed world is what let the Rogallo Revolution occur.  One may reach a four-boom hang glider from Lee & Darrah, Bach, and Wanner sans Rogallo; some did; but the vast large majority of four-boom hang gliders came from the Rogallo leadership flow as clearly marked in the literature. John Worth  used the early W. Simon 1908 cable-stayed triangle control frame or bar as we know it today. (1908) triangle control frame in hang gliders; the same was found in later kite hang gliders on up to present time.
