 Consider work was done prior to filing date in March 17, 1961.   Rogallo had for many years prior demonstrated and promoted study of the gliding dynamics of the framed flexible wing glider, even to the point of actual man-dolls hang gliding in hangar for demonstrations. Photograph of a such demonstration is on the Internet.  [ ]  prior to this filing.   The full hang glider TCF in ultimate simplicity with hung pilot behind TCF was demonstrated in the first decade of the 1900s; that mechanical teaching was revisited many times and is well used today.
