The Barretina HyperLite test, go ahead. A few days ago, a professional pilot made a flight over water (reservoir near Ager flight zone, SIV center). The pilot, specialist in EN certification tests, came out very happy with the passive safety demonstrated by the prototype. Currently two additional prototypes are under construction. The single surface (sic, single skin; simple skin) paragliders are back to stay!

Hello Joe,
BHL flies! BarretinaHyperLite small glides from the Avià-Berga training ramp
(100 km North from Barcelona). Last adjustments before high-altitude flight.
It is strange to fly under a simple surface paraglider. This Sunday I felt
like Barish. March 25, 2012, lots of fun!
I'm not a great test pilot. High-altitude flights I will leave to an SIV
expert, probably on a lake for safety.

This BHL is single layer, which is half the number of layers for wing than the GNU first paraglider (two layers)

Inflation was super easy, handles normal in flight, low pressure brake, low pressure wingtip.
Flutter of right wing tip at full brake at landing (no flutter in flight).
