Food presentations may have artistic images of kite systems; these are hardly flyable beyond what would occur in food fights with the tossing and gliding of the food. There is the different challenge of making a full kite (that is, anchor, tether, and wing) of edible materials; fly the edible kite system and then from anchor up eat the whole kite system. We invite specific designs, full plans, and video of the making, flying, and eating of edible kite systems; the assumption is that upon eating the edible kite system, the human doint the eating will be positively benefited by the nutrition content of the meal.

Exploration of materials:

Line:
- Sausage sheath twisted for line.
Wing cover:
- Thin egg-white for making kite-cover patches. Assemble the parts into larger covers using sausage-sheath nets to support smaller patches of the clear-egg-white sheets.
Beams, if wanted:
- Inflated sausage sheaths
- Specially made bread shells
Anchor:
- Sausage sheath filled with something good to drink
