SHOTGUN EXPERIMENTATION HAS HANG GLIDER, MICROLIGHT PILOT CARRYABLE AIRCRAFT advance at faster rate than any other sector of modern aviation: Something special happens so creative discovering when an unemployed young man gets to fly 25 different models of hang gliders each that has a design change on it.  Such is history within the modern personal aircraft movement and sport.  It no longer takes millions of dollars and thousand of man-hours to test out a new design alternative in our craft.

Multiply this experimentation by 5,000 and get a feel for the kind of second nature that is emerging among our new family of carryable wing humans. 5,000 is 1/8th of the hang glider pilot world faction.  That group is paving the way for intuitional advances that will posit superbly finished hang glider and microlight pica for the world.

A parallel to such creative discovery is happening in the fusion experimentation arena which is by itself possibly bringing a microlight pica power source  that will revolutionize flight.   ENCORE is Dr. Bellan's research tokomak that is specifically designed small just so that the quantity of plasma experiments can be multiplied a thousand fold so that trends and averages can be detected more readily than from huge tokomak experimental machines.  The nature of plasma will be better known sooner by such an approach, many feel at Caltech.

Hang glider experimenters are invited to publish their findings and feelings in HGM.
