Is "Heinz Alberto Kling" a distinct person from our "Alberto Kling?    The US4822247  document has "Alberto K. Heinz" and we are not sure yet who is who... and proper name. The "Alberto K. Heinz" US4822247 has in 1986 filing an address: Calle 77A, No. 11 -92, Bogotá, Colombia.  Rotor for a wind-driven generator.    And what, if any, distinguishes these two US patent numbers: US 4936750  and US4822247  of same title and same inventor???????
