Ruby (Ph.D.) is the head of the department for client systems and
integration in the Regional Computing Center of the University of
Kaiserslautern. Her team focuses on IT Service Management,
apprenticeship and Client Management. Maja is a qualified teacher with
pedagogical degree and many years of teaching experience in German high
schools. Since 2016 she also serves as one of the spokespersons of the
working committee for apprenticeship and as member of the steering
committee of the German EUNIS partner ZKI e.V."
