Delivery from kite (or balloon)- Hacker Version

The highest flying platforms might reach hundreds of km horizontally. A simple kite could send small gliders a few miles. A cheap one-use cardboard glider with minimal electronics would out-perform a quadcopter in the role, at a fraction of cost.

Balloon launching of energy kite systems?

Consider balloon lifting a FFAWE two-tether-coupled-wings at 60 000 ft. The system then might kite about the world without using fuel, but only wind strata.
Edit on April 21:    Conveyor belt of gliders released from a kite systems ... Release a glider every 20 min or as needed. And other release scenarios ...
