- I am not skilled on how to take
the next step as regards my participation in kPower, LLC and
AWE. Nevertheless, I am taking the steps noted herein.
- All weighed,
I believe Dave Santos should be profoundly and profusely supported by
paramount energy leadership in the US and beyond. This
accumulated position may be quoted anywhere.
- Here are aspects/points of my
personal challenges and present decisions:
- I aim not to spend any time on
business or engineering red tape (discussions, weighing in on
contracting, proposing, etc.).
- I give today my third of
kPower in two equal parts to Dave and to Ed, the present kPower
principals. I thus have no formal partnership anymore with
kPower, LLC. kPower, LLC, thus owes me nothing. My
future contributions to kPower, LLC, will be unconditional gifts; such
gifts will buy me no formal interest in kPower, LLC. Thus,
I recognize I have no further voting rights in kPower, LLC.
- My hermit-like
continued AWE R&D will be folded into kPower for its
ownership. My AWE gifts will be communicated by email to kPower
principals. Such actions will be logged on pages of
EnergyKiteSystems.net
- I will not be arguing or
discussing the pros/cons of kite/AWE ideas, business ideas, or org
matters with others. Others will be free
to criticize/discuss any of my works. I will not spend energy to
defend my ideas, works, essays, experiment results, reports,
expressions.
- I will not be co-authoring any
more works.
- I will just produce AWE ideas,
experiments, reports, essays, photographs, and drawings. My AWE
productions' IP assets ever sent to kPower, LLC, will belong to kPower,
LLC; nothing in return to me from kPower, LLC, is expected or demanded.
My sent gifts will be pure unconditional gifts constructing no formal
membership or partnership or debt or affiliation with kPower,
LLC.
- I will not be
answering questions in discussions. I will not defend my
works, ideas, statements, decisions, etc.
- I will not be traveling to
coordinated field sites or conferences or meetings. I will
not be telephoning. I will not be teleconferencing with
others. No conversations. But I will listen to the AWE
world carefully.
- If my givings show matter that
kPower chooses to guard or to patent, then that will be fine; any such
matter may be held and managed by kPower, LLC. I will stay
hands-off while letting kPower, LLC, forward, modify, or bury any of my
contributions.
- Only no-strings-attached funds
will be accepted by me. If any actor in the world wants to extend funds
for my unconditional use, then I'll accept the funds with
gratitude. I will not be proposing investments by others for my way. I
will not be asking for funds from anyone. I will design and act
within my budget. Movers and shakers with funds will be free to
send funds to me for use; if such agents like what I do with funds,
then they, of course, will be free to continue funding me
unconditionally. Drop a pebble in a pond; observe the results of such
action; do it again if it brings joy.
- My property, funds, materials,
time use, and tools are continually being sculpted to advance AWE
experiments, AWE research, AWE ideation, and AWE shared content.
- At some point in time I will
be involved in a post-death reality where methods of contributing to
AWE remain a mystery to me. Until death, I'll aim to be creative
in AWE and freely share my results. Hopefully some good will come from
the dedication. The narrow focus and avoidance of some kinds of
actions takes risks, but honesty to self seems to dictate taking the
risks.
- I encourage all workers in AWE
everywhere to send me a copy of all their kite/AWE notes/works/reports,
AWE emails, discussions, etc.
- This email and its content
bits may be freely published anywhere at any time in whole or in part.
