- What practical goods might
be served by using hydrophilic kite lines?
- Line might go out wet.
- Line might go out dry, get wet, and then come back
wet.
- Line might be a
loop to the skies. Go up dry; return wet; squeeze the water out of the
wet line and let the line go back up to fetch more water.
- Guard against lightning strikes. Or, in some cases, lightning might be wanted.
- Will the wind dry out wet lines on the way down a wet loop?
