Fractal 3r Dome, a Metamaterial

Further development of "alternate paradigm" AWES concepts extending USP3987987fig5 and work at Technische Universität Kaiserslautern. Basic unit-cell shown in both tower and dome lattice topologies, which may combine for an ultimate configuration. Thanks for any suggestions!
