The following hypothesis has been proven false: SF (shown

An AWE
falsifiable hypothesis:
SF: All AWES are kite systems.
- It has been observed that the AWES depicted in the article https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ram_air_turbine
are not kite systems. This is sufficient to prove the subject
falsifiable hypothesis is false.
- The result is that some AWES are not kite systems. This is
proved by observing an AWES that is not a kite system. See the aircraft
in the above linked article.
- Want to say more about this present topic? Send in
your comments.
- Want to describe other AWES that would also be sufficient
to falsify the subject hypothesis? Note: there are more than the
RAT item!
- Want to contest the results herein? Maybe someone
will balk at the result; maybe someone will see a RAT-holding powered
aircraft as a kite system; the literature seems not to support such.
So, by consensus, the SF stands.
