Sept. 17, 2019     Dave Santos Before making public its internal Mishap Report, Kitepower first cleared it with the AWEurope Safety Group (ASG), a deliberative AWE body new to most of us. On reviewing the Kitepower Mishap Report, its clearly missing lots of critical data and analysis of the design flaws and operational errors*. ASG should demand a full third-party engineering investigation of a Mishap that have could been a fatal event, with all relevant data-sets made public.
